Scientific and Technical Cooperative "ASU-Impulse" was established in May 18, 1989 (the decision of the Executive Committee of Tushino District Council of People's Representatives of Moscow, # 2210 of 18/05/89).

 Main activity of the Cooperative was dealt with development and introduction of automated control systems for enterprises.

 Cooperative founders are the specialists of the Automated Control System Division of the Research and Production Association "Molniya".

 In 1993 the Cooperative was reorganized into the Joint-Stock Company of Closed Type, and later in 1996 it was reorganized into the Closed Joint-Stock Company.

publishing and distribution of electronic business directories and databases on CD-ROM; publishing the business directories in printed form;
• collection and distribution in electronic and printed form the plans of exhibitions and fairs in Russia and other former republics of the USSR;
• collection of information on participants of exhibitions and fairs in Russia and other former republics of the USSR, distribution of the database "Participants of Exhibitions. Exhibition Plans" (in russian);
• distribution of the printed and electronic publications at the largest international exhibitions in Russia.
